description:                A "birthday file" is a xml-marked up format to
                            store birthday dates (and dates from other occasions).

                            It was invented in 2000 as format for
                            "RealDreams birthday reminder" written by 
                            Christian Weiske.

                            You can get the latest version of it at
                            http://www.cweiske.de

                            The file includes besides the person data
                            (name, event, date [european format, DD.MM.YYYY])
                            information about the title, author, generator and 
                            version of the birthday file.
                            Further, the version of xml is saved for coming changes.
